PAC is a two-day camp. PAC camp will occur from 8:00 AM on Friday to 9:30 PM on Saturday. Camper check-in begins at 7:30 AM on Friday. Please do not bring campers prior to 7:30 AM Friday or pick them up before 9:30 PM Saturday. If other arrangements are necessary, then please contact us prior to camp, as well as remind us of the arrangements at camper check-in. Campers must be picked up by the parent/guardian completing this form, or by such other person(s) authorized by a parent/guardian on the parental permission form.

Campers should dress comfortably for being active at camp and bring the items they need for daytime camp activities and a single night stay, including a Bible, bedroll, pillow, clothing for two days, light jacket, towell and personal care items. Campers may also wish to bring music, instruments, or costumes for performances. Fishing gear is optional for those who want to fish during free time. Change is optional for the purchasing soda. No other money will be needed at camp. Campers will be asked to keep their cell phones turned off and put away for the day, but campers may check them at the end of the day.

All medicine (including over-the-counter medicines) must be turned in for safekeeping and administration during camp. Medicine must be in its original container and must be clearly labeled with the patient name, type of medicine, proper dosage amounts, and any administration instructions.

Campers should NOT bring food items to camp. Meals and snacks are provided. Please note that breakfast is not served on Friday morning. Campers also should not bring handheld games, magazines, toys, or pets.

All registrations must be completed online through the “Registrations” page at www.GreenPasturesRetreatCenter.org.

Each camper registration fee is $50.00. Registering a camper for a second PAC camp this summer is permitted, but any second-camp registrations are tentative and subject to cancellation by Green Pastures if necessary to make space for campers who have not yet attended a PAC weekend this summer.

A separate registration form must be completed for each camper and each camp.
